Our PU-Round and Profile Belts are used wherever reliable, durable and precise conveyor and drive solutions are required. Thanks to the wide range of diameters, profile geometries, hardnesses and material versions available, the belts can be optimally adapted to the respective requirements.
Our product range includes both classic PU-Round Belts and a wide variety of profile belts for conveying, transport and drive applications. Depending on the application, various material grades and versions with special properties are available, for example for wet environments or applications requiring food compliance.
All belts are manufactured from high-quality polyurethane materials and are characterized by high wear resistance, excellent running characteristics and a long service life. Many versions also offer particularly high resistance to hydrolysis and microbes as well as excellent flexibility at low temperatures.

PU-Round Belts & Hollow Profiles
Our PU-Round Belts are suitable for a wide range of conveying and drive applications. They are available both as solid profiles with smooth or roughened surfaces and as hollow profiles with nipple connections. Naturally, the round belts are available in a wide range of diameters and hardnesses, allowing them to be easily adapted to the respective operating conditions.
PU-V-Belts
PU-V-Belts provide reliable power transmission, making them particularly suitable for high-performance drive and conveying applications. Even particularly demanding requirements can be reliably met thanks to selectable top surface structures and an optional aramid tension member.
PU-V-Guide Belts
PU-V-Guide Belts are used for a wide variety of conveying and transport applications. Depending on the application, different versions and dimensions are available. Their advantages include a large contact surface, excellent tracking provided by the central guide, and their particular suitability for food applications, wet environments and low-temperature applications.
Poly-V Belts
Our Poly-V belts with PJ profile are the perfect choice for applications requiring low slip, particularly with small pulley diameters.
Thanks to their elasticity, they can also be used without a tensioning device, while the selectable top surface structures allow our Poly-V belts to be perfectly adapted to the conveyed material.
Elastic PU-Flat Belts
Elastic PU-Flat Belts are among our most flexible belt solutions. Thanks to our patented mould-welding process, the flat belts achieve a homogeneous joint and therefore maximum tensile strength.
PU-V-Ledges Belts
Our PU-V-Ledges Belts stand out for their exceptionally smooth running characteristics, even under maximum loads and with very small deflection radii. They are suitable for a wide range of applications, including use in washing and sorting units for fruit.

Our PU-Round and Profile Belts are homogeneously extruded from high-quality raw materials. Depending on customer requirements, they can be supplied by the metre or ready-made to the required dimensions.
