We manufacture our injected PU round belts from a wide variety of PU materials. These are selected and processed for each individual application according to its specific requirements.
Thanks to the injection moulding process, these types have no welded joint, which would otherwise represent a natural weak point in the belt. These belts are completely homogeneous throughout their entire circumference and are therefore also resistant to lateral shear forces, which can otherwise place considerable stress on the welded joint in twisted applications and cause premature failure.
On our equipment, we injection-mould belts with an unstretched circumference of up to 405 mm LW and a maximum part weight of 14 grams. This corresponds approximately to a belt size of 405 × 5 mm.
The injection moulding process we use allows new moulds to be produced quickly and cost-effectively, making it possible to manufacture even smaller quantities at an attractive price.
For special applications, we have many additional TPU types available in our production range.
Furthermore, additives can be incorporated into all of our raw materials to optimize the material properties for the respective application.
