We manufacture an extensive range of guide and carrier profiles for conveyor belts, flat belts and timing belts. All profiles are available in many different colors. V-guides are available smooth or notched. These cleats and profiles, made from high-quality thermoplastic materials, can be welded very effectively to belts or conveyor belts made of compatible materials or bonded by adhesive.
Thanks to our broad product range, we can offer the right profile or cleat for virtually any conveying application.
Many standard dimensions are available from stock at short notice.
Custom profiles and special colors can generally be produced within 1–2 weeks.

Notching Your PU V-Guides
As a service for our customers, we also provide contract notching of PU V-guides. We are flexible with regard to pitch, notch shape and notch depth, and can adapt them entirely to your requirements, regardless of whether you intend to use the profile as a guide profile for small deflection radii or as a conveying profile on the top surface.
Thanks to our modern manufacturing technologies, we are able to cut modified dimensions or completely new profiles from existing profiles.
For example, it is possible to produce a 4×4 mm V-profile from a 6×4 mm profile, a 17×7 mm profile from a 17×11 mm profile, or simply create semicircular carrier and guide profiles by splitting round profiles. This is possible even for small order quantities and without costly new extrusion tooling.
